When NONSTOP started there were just four companies offering instructor training. These days there are over 30, so deciding which course to choose requires plenty of research. With our wealth of experience (we’ve trained over 1200 people since we began) we’re confident that we provide the best courses on the market. Whilst being the largest trainer we are also a family-run company passionate about snow-sports and believe we know how to deliver the best social experiences, even limiting our course numbers so that groups remain close-knit and personal.
World class resorts
At NONSTOP we have exclusive contracts at Fernie and Red. This exclusivity means we are the only instructor training company allowed to operate out of Fernie. This recognition by the resort owners of the quality of our courses proves their desire to keep NONSTOP clients coming to their resorts.
We have also chosen our resorts because we believe your Gap Year, career break or holiday should be about experiencing amazing new places as well as learning new skills. Not content to follow the crowds, we offer courses at exciting, unexploited ski areas all of which have phenomenal powder conditions, un-crowded pistes, vibrant local communities and a friendly atmosphere, typical of the Canadian Rockies.

Professional coaching
With the help of our technical directors (who represent the CASI at an international level) we hand pick our instructors for their experience and local knowledge. In fact our instruction is so successful that some of our past clients are now teaching for our competitors.
In order to maintain consistently high standards and to allow us complete control, our instructor groups are exclusively made up of NONSTOP clients, unlike some companies who mix their clients in with public ski school lessons.
Knowledgeable staff
We have trained more instructors than any other company, and we have a level of experience that is second to none. From the team in the office to the residential staff in Canada, all our staff are certified instructors and have each spent extensive time at the resorts we use and really understand how the industry works.
Experienced local staff
All our course directors are experienced local residents who will inspire and show you everything the area has to offer. Unlike other instructor training companies we don’t employ young inexperienced British reps to oversee your course.
Value for money
We include superior, centrally located accommodation, a wide range of additional courses, varied weekend trips - including heli or cat boarding and snowmobiling, and experienced local staff. Our packages offer great value with no hidden costs.
In addition our non-refundable booking deposit is around half the amount required by many of our competitors.
Career service
We provide an extensive careers service including a 40 page manual and seminar from ski school directors and our past clients who are now working and living in Canada on how to find work as an instructor. In addition to this we have unrivalled contacts within the industry to help you get a foot in the door at a resort.
