The Banff ski area is made up of Lake Louise, Sunshine Village and Mount Norquay, combined they represent the largest ski area in North America. There's tonnes of fun and challenging terrain, efficient lift and snowmaking systems and importantly a brilliant selection of terrain parks.

Banff resorts

In Banff you will have the choice of riding at all three resorts; Lake Louise, Sunshine and Norquay. Each resort has a park and each park has its own special style by the end of the course you will have riden them all.

Lake Louise, recently under new ownership, has created an awesome terrain park with plenty of rails and kickers of all sizes. A quick and convinient chairlift travels directly overhead offering great views of the park and quick lap times.

Sunshine Village has always been renowned for its progressive park which has tonnes of rails, boxes, kickers and spines.

Norquay is Banff's 'local mountain' and is even open for night riding when you can practice your skills in their park under floodlight.

All in all, the variety and number of park features in Banff make it an ideal place to develop your freestyle riding.

Banff is also a great town to spend a few weeks or even a whole season; there are tons of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops to keep you entertained.
