Overview
Our 5-week snowboard instructor course begins with a great two week improvement camp, where you will focus solely on your personal riding skills before beginning your level 1 specific instructor training in week 3. The exam is then taken in week 5.

The 5-Week Level 1 CASI Snowboard Instructor Course
This course combines our 2-week snowboard improvement camp and our 3-week snowboard instructor course giving you ample opportunity to train for your Level 1 CASI qualification, pass with flying colours as well as hone in your riding skills and build your own personal confidence on the mountain. This 5-week course is great for those who would like to receive more top end coaching before sitting their level 1 exam and anyone who simply would like a slightly longer course than the 3-week option.

Where is this course run?
Fernie lies in the Kootenay mountain range that boarders British Columbia and Alberta. Fernie's location and layout results in epic snow fall and the resort is famous for 'legendary powder'. The terrain is varied and challenging with plenty of shutes, trees, gullies and bowls to explore and shred. The town of Fernie is typically Canadian which adds a special element to the whole experience and in a very short time you will feel right at home.
